A tanker carrying liquefied natural gas (LNG) exploded after it collided with a parked car on Manawala road; the explosion and resulting fireball engulfed vehicles in the blast radius killing nine people including three students on their way to school while leaving 15 injured. Multiple vehicles were also destroyed as a result of the explosion.</div>

According to latest updates, 12 injured were shifted in critical condition to the Allied Hospital in Faisalabad.</div>

A statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that Instructor Pilot Major Azhar and his trainee Captain Ahmed were martyred in the crash.</div>
