The letter proposed to reduce the term of extension in Rangers powers from four to two months and to limit the use of these powers to Karachi. </div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #252525; font-family: Merriweather; font-size: 1.28571rem; line-height: 1.4; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify;"> The second letter proposes that the conditional powers to the paramilitary force will be meant for Karachi only. </div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #252525; font-family: Merriweather; font-size: 1.28571rem; line-height: 1.4; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify;"> It also proposed to cut down the term of extension in the special powers from four to two months (from December 6, 2015 to February 5). </div>
