KARACHI: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif chaired a meeting to review the law and order situation in the city.During the meeting Prime Minister Sharif was briefed about strategic changes made to ongoing operation in Karachi. Prime Minister Sharif was informed that the changes were made due to Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
