LAHORE: A case has been lodged at Race Course police station against nine accused over an alleged abuse of a minor girl. Six persons have also been nominated in the case.
According to police, a 15-year old girl, resident of Rana Town, Multan Road was recovered in a raid at a hotel located in Upper Mall.
The girl in her statement to the police said that she was kidnapped and brought to the hotel where she was gang-raped.
The girl’s sister has accused that named Adnan was responsible for the kidnapping.
The girl has been shifted to services hospital for medical care. The initial medical report suggests that evidence collected so far indicates the girl was raped.
Police has arrested six of the accused while raids are being conducted to apprehend their accomplices.
DIG Operations Lahore, Dr Haider Ashraf said that teams have been formed for the arrest of accused.
